2. Working time:
– From 2nd to 6th week.
– Duration: Morning: 7: 45’-12pm Afternoon: 13h-17h45’

3. Responsibilities:
– Responsible for implementation and provide services to our customers through phone, make
the right quality, strictly regulated process, in accordance with trade policy of
company.
– Receive, reply and handle the customer's requirements (problems in our extensive range
anal, amateur, service), by telephone.
– Actively calling customer care, according to work schedule each day: periodically up
catalog phone calls to clients for all services of the company: purchase, goods,
billing, invoicing, delivery, installation, manual...
– Capture the requirements of customers, find out the wishes of the customer for
the service at the company and report to the management level.
– Directly update the information of customer data into the system under the provisions of The
company.
– Update this privacy policy deals, promotions, and business of the NCC to be able to guide and
provide necessary information to the customer (by phone/email... or directly).
– Perform other tasks as required.

– Female, under 35 years old.
– Level: Intermediate and above.

– Priority staff have experience of 1 year.
