CMC corporation started construction of complex creative space CMC (CCS) in Hanoi dimensional 1/6, with the participation of Prime minister Pham Minh chinh and minister of Science and technology Nguyen Manh Hung along the ministries concerned.

While CCS, Tan Thuan in ho chi minh CITY's role as the central data infrastructure group, said CCS Ha Noi is expected to become a center for artificial intelligence open (C. OpenAI), bringing together core technology and play a crucial role in strategic global development of CMC.
With a total investment of 300 million USD, the complex was built on the area of over 11,000 square meters, including 23 floors and 3 basements, total floor area of 90,000 square meters.
At the ceremony, Prime minister Pham Minh chinh acclaimed “determination, effort, big drastic action, dare to think, dare to do” of the group of CMC when building, developing CCS Ha Noi.
The prime minister tasked for CMC development core technology and “Make in Vietnam”, in particular in the field of AI, cloud, data security, network security, not only master but also boost exports, bringing business Vietnam's deeper integration with the international.
“Combination of CCS to become the ‘valley technology’ of Vietnam, a place to gather scientists, engineers, students and business people the same meet, creativity, dedication”, the Prime minister expectations.
CCS Ha Noi expected to be an ecosystem including data centers, space research and development (R&D), the training resources and support area creative business. Here, more than 5,000 engineers, technology will work, study and connect.
Under the scheme design, the “heart out” of the complex is the data center, CMC, provide infrastructure, compute, storage and connectivity for the digital platforms are developed in the ecosystem. From this center, the class infrastructure developed, operated and integrated as cloud solutions Vietnam net, open data serve e-government, finance, education, defense security... This is also where the operating open ecosystem C. OpenAI, consists of 25 core technology due to development corporations.
